The Ex Studley |Midland Railway Lamp hut

A permanent site has been found for this 100year plus structure at Winchcombe, for use as an oil store by the Carriage and Wagon department of the GWSR

I originally bought it from the owner of Studley Station along with a railway desk which now sits neatly in the James Taylor coal office at Toddington.

The hut was moved to Long Marston, then to Broadway and then on to Winchcombe for a variety of temporary uses.

It now needs a repaint and the plastic windows replaced with glass.

This Fire extinguisher was rescued, given a respray and graphics touched up, now an exhibit in one of the GWR tool vans on the GWSR
